Procedures for Student Admission and Enrollment Policy
Once you and your family have decided that Retag American International School is the institute in which to serve your child’s educational and developmental needs, the next step would be to visit our admissions office located on the school site.
The procedure for enrollment is quite simple and consists, firstly, of filling out a formal student application form, which is then submitted to the admissions office.
Please refer to the information contained within the application packet, or contact the Admissions Office if you have questions regarding the registration fees.
The next step in the process is for our staff to administer a brief entrance level assessment evaluation to assess your child(ren)’s current level of English reading, writing and arithmetic skills in order to approximate the student’s prior knowledge, strengths and weaknesses, so as to appraise how to best meet their specific needs.
Upon the successful completion of the entrance evaluation, you may tender payment of the school tuition within two separate payments to the admissions officer.
Admission Requirements
- A completed application form.
- The original computerized birth certificate (for Egyptian applicants only).
- Copy of the student’s Passport (for foreign applicants).
- 6 recent Passport size photographs with white background.
Please ensure that all relevant information regarding your child is included:
- Most recent school report (original).
- Transfer Certificate from previous school.
- Up to date contact details, and emergency telephone numbers, for both parents.
- Information regarding allergies, special medical conditions, etc.
